Your Day-to-Day
Responsibilities:
Support plant management with financial insights.
Track project capital and expense details meticulously.
Contribute to monthly forecasting and annual operating plans.
Evaluate and scrutinize spending on facility maintenance.
Execute month-end and year-end closing tasks.
Collaborate on the development of plant BOMs, routings, and standards.
Play a role in crafting the plant's financial operating plan.
Prepare, assess, and present month-end reports and project updates.
Work with the IT team to address system issues.
Reconcile relevant general ledger accounts.
Identify and suggest enhancements to financial processes for plant operations.
Assist in financial and strategic analyses for informed decision-making.
Support initiatives for cost reduction and working capital enhancement.
Potentially handle other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, backed by a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (formulas, V-Lookups, Pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Demonstrated analytical prowess.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Capability to engage with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
Minimal travel required (0 - 10 days per year).
Typical office setting work environment.
