Responsibilities include the monitoring/managing of the jobs from scheduling, sub-coordination, passing inspections, punch-lists, troubleshooting, and delivering a high-quality finished product in a timely manner.
This position is looking for someone to start in Cleburne, TX with opportunity to work in other parts of the DFW metroplex.
Our company is in the process of adding an experienced superintendent to help us with a full pipeline of projects we have for 2023 and 2024.

What You Will Be Doing Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they are meeting project goals and timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects and engineers.
Coordinate with the project manager to ensure that all project goals are met and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Lead subcontractor coordination meetings Daily logs and photos What You Need for this Position At least 5
years of experience as a superintendent in multifamily construction.
Experienced with mid to high rise multifamily projects.
Strong knowledge of all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, wood framing.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skill and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex construction challenges.
Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.
Multi-family experience is highly recommended.
