Must have a valid P&C license and minimum 2 years P&C Industry Experience in order to be considered Must be bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish Eligible for Base Wage
Commissions
Bonus Opportunities Salary Range:
$45000.
00 - $75000.

Commission and Bonus Opportunities Responsibilities Answer phones, politely greet walk in customers Assist our current customers with service related tasks, including but not limited to processing payments, making changes to existing polices, troubleshooting billing questions, assisting with the claims process Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs Requirements MUST have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED MUST have a minimum 2 years P&C Industry Experience REQUIRED MUST be willing and able to travel to and work full time in our CLEBURNE, TX office MUST be bilingual - fluent in Spanish and English Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
Desire to want to help educate others on insurance how and why its important to have the proper coverage Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
Have the ability to answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license Previous Allstate Insurance Experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Eligible for Base Wages
